Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Sreejit Nair Arts offers original watercolour paintings and fine art prints in a range of sizes and formats.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed for dispatch or production.
Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Original Watercolour Paintings
Original paintings are unique, one-of-a-kind physical artworks.
Because of their unique nature, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect purchase decisions.
If an original painting arrives damaged in transit or is materially different from the artwork ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Fine Art Prints
Fine art prints are reproductions of selected original artworks and may be available in different sizes and formats, as specified on the individual product page.
Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect purchase decisions, including selection of an incorrect size or format.
If a print arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or materially different from the product ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or refund.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Photograph the outer packaging before opening it.
- Photograph the artwork or print and its packaging clearly.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and photographs showing the issue.
We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
For original paintings, replacement with an identical artwork may not be possible because each original is unique. Where replacement is not possible, an approved refund may be provided.
5. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be initiated to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Refunds will normally be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
6. Non-Delivery
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact us at sreejitnair2477@gmail.com with your order number.
We will investigate the shipment with the relevant delivery partner and take appropriate action.
7. Refund Exclusions
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Differences in colour perception caused by individual screens or displays
- Incorrect size or format selected by the customer
- Damage occurring after delivery due to improper handling or storage
- Damage caused by framing, mounting, or alteration after delivery
- Orders correctly delivered to the address provided by the customer
