1. About Sreejit Nair Arts
Sreejit Nair Arts offers original watercolour paintings and fine art prints created from selected artworks by Sreejit Nair.
Original paintings are unique, one-of-a-kind artworks. Prints are reproductions of selected artworks and may be offered in different sizes, formats and specifications as described on the individual product page.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on the customer's monitor, screen or device settings.
The dimensions, format, paper or print specifications and other relevant details applicable to each product will be stated on the respective product page.
3. Pricing
All product prices are displayed on the website in the applicable currency.
Prices may be changed from time to time without prior notice. Any change in price will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
4. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product.
An order will be considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by Sreejit Nair Arts.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through the payment methods made available on the website.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
We do not store customers' card or payment-instrument credentials on our own systems.
6. Original Artwork
Original paintings are unique physical artworks. Once sold, the same original artwork cannot ordinarily be reproduced or replaced with an identical original.
Each original artwork is supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity where stated on the product page.
Unless otherwise specified, original artworks are supplied unframed.
7. Prints
Fine art prints are reproductions of selected original artworks.
Prints may be available in different sizes and formats. Customers should carefully review the size and product specifications before placing an order.
The purchase of a print does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying artwork to the customer.
8. Intellectual Property
All paintings, photographs, images, illustrations, written content, designs, logos and other materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Sreejit Nair Arts and/or Sreejit Nair, unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing an original painting or print does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights or other intellectual property rights to the customer.
Customers may not reproduce, copy, scan, digitally distribute, commercially exploit, resell or create derivative works from any artwork or website content without prior written permission.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be packaged appropriately for the type and size of artwork or print purchased.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, product type, size, availability and shipping provider.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

10. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
