Sreejit Nair Arts offers original watercolour paintings and fine art prints in a range of sizes. We take care to package each order appropriately based on the artwork, print format and size.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment and order confirmation.

Processing times may vary depending on the type, size and availability of the artwork or print. Any applicable processing or production time will be communicated where relevant.

2. Shipping

We currently ship orders to locations where delivery is available through our shipping partners.

Available shipping options and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout based on the delivery address, order and applicable shipping service.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed before the customer completes payment.

3. Packaging

Original paintings and fine art prints are carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage during handling and transportation.

Packaging methods may vary depending on the size and type of artwork. Larger or more delicate artworks may require specialised protective packaging.

Original paintings are generally supplied unframed unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Size and packaging requirements
  • Shipping service selected
  • Courier availability
  • Public holidays and unforeseen circumstances

Any estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout or during order processing is indicative and may be subject to change.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

Sreejit Nair Arts cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

6. Delayed Deliveries

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier disruptions, adverse weather, public holidays, natural events or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will assist in tracking the shipment.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please photograph the outer packaging before opening it, where possible.

If the artwork or print inside is damaged, please retain the packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package, artwork and order details.

8. Delivery Confirmation

Once the shipping provider records an order as delivered to the address provided by the customer, delivery will be considered completed, subject to any applicable claims relating to loss, damage or incorrect delivery.

9. International Shipping

Where international shipping is offered, delivery availability, shipping charges, customs duties, taxes and other applicable charges may vary by destination.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
